2 Cups Sugar
2/3 Cup Margarine
2 Eggs
1 Cup Cold Coffee
3 Cups Flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 Cup raisins
2 Cups Chopped Apples
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 Cup Chopped Dates

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, eggs, margarine and coffee. Sift together flour, salt, soda, and nutmeg, and add to creamed mixture. Stir in raisins, apples nuts and dates. Bake at 350º for 1 hour for large pan and less time if using smaller pans until tester comes out clean.
