Cake Mix:
1 box lemon cake mix
1 box of any instant pudding mix 3 3/4 ounces
3 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1-10 ounce bottle 7 up
Topping:
2 T. self rising flour
1 1/2 c. white sugar
8 1/2 ounces can crushed pineapples (do not drain)
2 eggs
1 stick of butter

Cake Mix:
Mix and bake at 325º.
Topping:
Mix and cook all ingredients until thick cool slightly and add 1 can angle flake coconut.
