2 cups Italian tomato sauce
1 can (15 oz.) cream mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1-1/4 lbs. lean ground beef
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
10 lasagna noodles, cooked
1-1/2 cups Italian blend or Mozzarella cheese,
shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions:

Cook lasagna noodles according to directions.

In small bowl, stir milk and soup until smooth. Cook beef in skillet until well browned; drain. Stir in sauce and mushrooms.

In a shallow 2 qt. baking dish, layer 1/2 meat mixture, 3 noodles and 1 cup soup mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle top with Italian and Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 400º for 45 minutes.
