1 Cube of Butter
1 c flour
1/2 c Chopped Nuts
1 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese
1 c pwd Sugar
Large Cool Whip
3 c cold milk
1 sm pkg Instant Choc Pudding
1 sm pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding
Dark Choc Bar slivered

Melt the butter, add flour and nuts and mix. Press onto a 9X13 baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Let Cool
Mix Cream cheese and powdered sugar, Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spread over the crust.
Mix 3 c milk with the chocolate and vanilla pudding mixes, let stand until firm, about 3 minutes.
Spread the pudding over the cream cheese mixture. Cover with the remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with the slivered chocolate bar.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

In 1981, I worked with a fellow named Bob Jacobs, he gave me this recipe and it's a hands down favorite at every meal I've served it! As a slight change, you can make this into 3 pies, prettier to serve.
