2 c butter
2 c brown sugar
2 c white sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
4 c flour
5 c Blended Oatmeal ( measure first, then blend to powder)
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Soda
4 oz Chocolate Chips
8 oz Hershey Bar (grated)
3 c Chopped Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda. Mix chips, grated Hershey bar and nuts. Roll into balls and place two inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 6 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 117 cookies. Remove from cookie sheet before they cool.
