Crust:
6 egg whites, beat slightly
add: 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar added slowly.

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 20 minutes. Bake in 9x13 pan for 1 hour at 300º. Cool (it will fall).

Topping: Whip 1/2 pt. cream (unsweetened) and spread over crust. Top with 1 pkg Jell-O lemon pudding (cooled). Top with 2 pt. whipped cream (sweetened). Refrigerate overnight.
