3 tbsp. unsalted butter
¼ c. finely chopped onion
¼ c. finely chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tomato (seeded and chopped)
6 oz. Jarlsberg cheese (grated)
1 egg yoke
1 whole egg
2 oz. cooked crab meat (diced)
9 oz. cooked shrimp (diced)
2 oz. cooked lobster (diced)
1½ tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tsp. dried oregano (crushed)
1 tsp dried basil (crushed)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
1 tsp paprika
1 9-inch pie shell (unbaked)

Directions:
In a sauté pan, melt the butter and cook the onions, green pepper, and garlic until tender. Set aside to cool about 5 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked vegetables, tomato, cheese, egg yoke, whole egg, crab meat, shrimp, lobster, mayonnaise, parsley and seasonings. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 425º. Bake the pie shell for 10 minutes. Fill the pie shell with the seafood mixture, sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika. Bake for 25 minutes.
