1 1/4 c. orange juice (pineapple, grape, apricot,apple, etc.)
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
3/4 to 1 c. sugar

1 c. evaporated milk -chilled until ice crystals form.
(Or use Cool whip.)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring juice to a boil and stir in gelatin until dissolved. Mix in sugar. Cool until almost stiff.

Whip until stiff 1 c. evaporated milk that has been chilled thoroughly and add 1 T lemon juice.

Pour on top of gelatin mixture. Beat in slowly with mixer on low. Pour into baked pie shell, graham cracker crust, or into cups.
