12 oz of Tinkyada Spring Noodles
3 T Olive Oil
1 lb Summer Sausage or full cooked Sausage
16 oz pkg Frozen Green Peas
8 oz pkg Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 teas Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles in salted water just short of being done. Drain and rinse under cold water. Cut sausage into 1/4 inch coins. Brown sausage in hot oil. Add green peas and cherry tomatoes. Cook 2 minute. Combine sausage, oil, peas, cherry tomatoes, and drained noodles. Add salt and and heat through. Cover with lid and let sit on warm.
