2 lbs. haddock
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
¼ c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. dried onion
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. In small bowl combine all ingredients excerpt haddock. Place fish in greased oven dish. Spoon mixture over fish and cover with foil. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork.º
