CRAB MIXTURE:
1 lb pkg frozen cod filets (not breaded)
2/3 c. melted butter
1 c. crushed herb-seasoned stuffing mix
6 oz. pkg frozen crab meat
4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces
1 egg
2 tbsp chopped parsley
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp hot pepper sauce

TOPPING:
½ c. crushed stuffing mix
2 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and drain cod and crab meat. Heat oven to 350º. place cod in 8” square, ungreased oven dish. In 1½ qt. bowl, mix all crab ingredients and sprinkle over cod fillets. In same bowl combine all topping ingredients and sprinkle over crab mixture. Bake 30 – 35 minutes or until heated through and fish flakes easily with fork.
