3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
3/4 cup water
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp MSG

Foods to be fried:
Prawns
Clams
Fillets of Fish (white)
Asparagus
Zucchini
Onion Rings
Halibut

Use only 1/2 batter for 2 to 4 people

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1/4" oil (approximately) in wok or deep frying pan.
Heat to 350º to 375º.
Mix batter ingredients - don't over mix batter, will be lumpy.
Wash halibut and pat dry.
Dip foods in batter - completely cover.
Fry several at a time - flip over - fry until golden brown.

Good with sweet n' sour sauce
