Crispy Potato Wedges Recipe

4 medium russet potatoes
½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon onion powder
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cover a baking sheet with foil and coat liberally with non stick cooking spray.
Wash potatoes, cut in half lengthwise, then cut each side lengthwise into wedges.
Melt Butter in a large bowl that has a lid.
Add potatoes to bowl, cover and shake to coat with the melted butter.
(Make sure potatoes are not cold but at least room temperature or the butter will congeal)
Mix garlic salt, seasoned salt, paprika and onion powder in small dish.
Sprinkle all of the seasoning mixture and Parmesan cheese onto potatoes.
Cover and shake until all potatoes are evenly seasoned.
Evenly place potato wedges in a single layer on greased baking sheet.
Cook in preheated oven 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.
You may want to flip each one over about half way through cooking.
