12 oz Penne Rigate
1 15 oz can of chickpeas, drained
1 7 oz jar roasted peppers, drained and sliced
1 6 oz jar quartered marinated artichoke hearts undrained
1/2 cup sliced scallions
1/4 cup of pitted Kalamata olives
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1) Boil penne regate as package directs, reserving 1 cup cooking water before draining.
2) In Large nonstick skillet over medium high heat, toss chickpeas, roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, scallions and olives until hot.
3)Toss with drained pasta, feta cheese, ground pepper and reserved water as needed.
