2 full racks of ribs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar or honey
3/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Rub ribs with garlic powder; place in 9x13" sprayed pan. Bake uncovered at 350º for 45 minutes. Drain ribs.

In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour some of the sauce over ribs. Continue baking uncovered 40-50 minutes longer, until meat is tender, basting several times until sauce is all used.
