1 lb. of lean hamburger
Bread crumbs
1/2 of a small onion
1/2 green pepper
1 egg
Dash of milk
Dash of ketchup
1/2 package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix hamburger meat with approx 2 slices of bread (torn in small pieces). Add chopped onion and green pepper. Stir in one egg, add soup mix, a dash of milk and a dash of ketchup Shape into loaf pan. Bake at 400º about 30 min. Remove excess grease from meatloaf and top with ketchup. Bake another 15 minutes or until meat is thoroughly cooked.
