1 bunch asparagus
15 slices prosciutto - enough to wrap each asparagus spear
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Trim asparagus and blanch it by boiling the asparagus for 3 mins. then immediately transferring it to an ice water bath for 3 more mins. Wrap the bottom portion of each spear with 1 slice of prosciutto. Make sure the tip of the asparagus is still showing. If the prosciutto is too large then cut the slices in half. The ham should only cover half of the spear.
Pour balsamic into a small sauce pan to reduce it. When the vinegar takes on the consistency of a syrup, drizzle it on top of the asparagus.
