Ingredients:  
2 cups homo milk
2/3 cup cooked rice
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 - 3/4 cup raisins (optional)
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Pour into a greased casserole dish
3. Set dish in pan of water one inch deep
4. Bake at 325-350 for 30 minutes
5. Pudding is done when knife comes out clean
