Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Sour Cream
Shredded cheddar and Monterey jack cheese

Make a chili and guacamole. Cook the rice until tender. Layer all ingredients on plates in order of ingredients and serve with a basket of chips-or-allow guests to create their own sombrero.
