1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (8 oz.) fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough; 13"
3 oz. blue cheese, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, fry beef with onion and mushrooms until beef is brown; pour of fat; stir in salt and pepper.

On large baking sheet pan, roll or pat dough to 15x12" rectangle. Top dough with beef mixture, keeping within 1-1/2" from all sides. Fold edges toward center.

Bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Remove; top with blue cheese.
