1 stick butter
1 bunch green onions - chopped
Handful of parsley - chopped
4 Tbsp flour
1-2 pounds shrimp or crawfish
1 can chicken broth
Tony’s seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
* Melt butter in large skillet.

* Add onion and parsley, stir until “wilted".

* Add shrimp or crawfish

* Add Flour and Tony’s stirring to thicken.

* Add chicken broth and let simmer on low.

* Serve over cooked rice.
