Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups riced potatoes - Russet
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons room temperature butter or margarine
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Drain cooked potatoes very well.
Start ricing immediately.
While potatoes are still nice and warm, combine the above in mixer.
I put the potato mixture on plates so they can cool. Do not pack down or cover.
Take tablespoon size portions and roll out.
Use enough flour so doesn't stick to rolling pin or board. I put a cloth on my board or you can buy a board with a cloth cover.
Cool between wax paper covered with a towel.
