GRIND UP 1 AND 1/4 CUP OREOS OR ANY OTHER CHOCOLATE COOKIES IN A BLENDER OR FOOD PROCESSOR. ADD 1/2 CUP MELTED BUTTER.

MELT IN A LARGE MICROWAVABLE BOWL 1 TO 2 MIN. & COOL:
24 marshmallows
1/2 c. milk

ADD:
1 tsp. peppermint extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
green food coloring

WHEN COOL, FOLD IN 1 CARTON (8 ounces) OF WHIPPED CREAM. IF MAKING YOUR OWN CREAM, DO NOT OVER WHIP IT OR IT WILL TURN INTO BUTTER.

PLACE ONTO COOKIE CRUST AND REFRIGERATE 2 TO 3 HOURS BEFORE SERVING.
