1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon butter
2 well beaten eggs
2 cups cut rhubarb
1 bottom pastry

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter. Add eggs, beat until smooth. Pour over rhubarb in 9" pan. Top with pastry cut in fancy shapes. Bake in very hot oven (450º) for 10 minutes. Then 350º for about 30 minutes.
