4 cups sugar
3/4 cup water
1 cup light corn syrup
Directions:
Directions:
Stir sugar into water. Boil until temperature reaches 255º. Don't stir after mixture starts to boil. Remove from heat. Pour slowly 3 egg whites into mixture (stiffly beaten whites) Continue beating until dull - not glossy. Add 1 tsp vanilla and 1 cup broken nuts. Never fails- have help - makes a big batch and goes fast once started.
