Combine and pat into 9" x 13" pan. Chill
1 package of Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 cup melted butter

Then:
Spread 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream over cookie bottom.
Spread salted peanuts over top.
Freeze.
Directions:

Then top with the following sauce and freeze:
2/3 cups chocolate chips
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup margarine
Boil for 8 minutes.
Stir constantly-cool until thickened.
