2 boxes orange Jello
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can crushed apricots
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Topping:
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 lg. egg
1 c. juice, apricot or pineapple
1 c. whipped cream
3/4 c. cheese, shredded
Directions:
Directions:
Follow direction of box of Jello and add the fruits and marshmallows before chilling.

Topping:
Combine sugar, flour, egg, and juice. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat and stir in butter then cool. Then add whipped cream on top of Jello mixture, then add cheese on top.
