1/2 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp salt

Frosting:
4 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar
2 TBS milk
1/3 cup choc. cocoa
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar for 5 min or until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, milk. Mix dry ingredients, then add together with 3/4 bag of semi-sweet choc. chips. Bake @ 375º for 10-12 min. Cool and top with frosting.
