Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs. Lean beef;
2 T onions;
3 T butter;
1 lb. mushrooms;
1 tsp. salt;
black pepper;
1/2 tsp. basil;
generous sprinkle nutmeg;
1 T Brewers yeast or Wheatgerm;
1 c. warm sour cream;
2 c. cooked rice or noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Glaze onions in butter, then brown meat and remove to heated plate;
Saute mushrooms 2-3 minutes;
Return beef to the pan;
Add and stir seasonings, reduce heat;
Add sour cream just before serving over noodles or rice.
