8 frozen prepared burritos (beef and bean)
2 ( 10 oz) red cans enchilada sauce
1 (8 oz) package shredded mexican blend cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw burritos in refrigerator overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly spray 13x9 baking dish. Pour about 1/4 cup enchilada sauce in bottom of dish and turn to coat. Cut each burrito into thirds and place in dish. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over burritos. Top with shredded cheese.
Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes; remove foil and bake additional 15 to 20 minutes.
Let stand about 15 minutes and serve.
