6 large Vidalia Onions
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp dried mustard
3 tbsp flour
10 cups Water
12 large cubes Knoors beef bouillon
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Toast
Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice Onions; saute onions in butter until softened, add dried mustard and flour, stir, Add water, Parmesan cheese and bullion cubes. Simmer for an hour or more. When ready to serve toast bread. Cut diagonally and place on top of soup in crock. Place cheese on bread and put under broiler until browned and bubbly.
