1 cup mayo; 8 ounces (2 cups) shredded Swiss cheese; 1 cup grated or shredded Parmesan cheese, 8 ounces of cream cheese (very soft); 1 medium Vidalia onion chopped fine (If Vidalia onions aren't in season, use sweet onion)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients and then stir in onion. Pour into large round bread shell or baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until bubbly and slightly browned. Serve with crackers or baguette/French bread cut into slices or chunks.
