1 qt. fresh strawberries, hulled
1/3 c. ginger ale
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Reserve a few strawberries for garnish.
2. Place strawberries in food processor and process until smooth.
3. Add ginger ale, milk, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Process until blended. Pour into bowl; whisk in sour cream until smooth.
4. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, about 2 hrs. Fan strawberry and use as garnish.
