1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 chicken breasts, cut thin
4 tbsp. butter, reserve 2
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. parsley
3/4 cup champagne
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, garlic, pepper in a plastic bag. Shake chicken to coat. In fry pan over high heat, add 2 tbsp. butter and oil. Fry chicken 5 minutes each side. Remove from pan; keep warm.

In skillet add 2 tbsp. butter and mushrooms, salt and pepper, parsley, champagne and chicken broth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; add cream. Pour over chicken.

Serve with wild rice

Serve with rice.
