1 lb. bulk pork sausage
10 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
2 cans (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup whole milk
1 cup half-and-half cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until no longer pink.

In a 9x13" sprayed baking dish, place cubed bread and sprinkle with sausage, mushrooms and cheeses.

In medium-size bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over top. Cover; refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.

Bake uncovered at 350º for 40 minutes.
