2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 cup water
1 can (15 oz.) pinto beans; rinse and drain
2 cups medium salsa
1 can (15 oz.) whole kernel corn
12 oz. macaroni or shall pasta; cook al dente
3/4 cups Mexican cheese, shredded
2 cups tortilla chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
In fry pan, brown meat; drain. Stir in taco mix, water, beans, salsa and corn. Simmer a few minutes. Add cooked pasta; mix well. Spoon into a sprayed 9x13" pan. Top with cheese and chips.

Bake at 350º 25-35 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and chips get light brown.

Serve with sides of sour cream, green onions, lettuce, sliced black olives or tomatoes.
