1 c. shortening
4 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine shortening and sugar. Add the eggs. Stir in the milk. Next, add all of the dry ingredients. Chill in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. This dough may be divided into 4 pieces and rolled out onto a well floured surface and cut into cookies using any cookie cutters you have. Roll out into a 1/4 inch thickness. Keep floured as this dough is sticky. Cook in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
