Thinly shredded cabbage
3 T vegetable or sesame oil
2 T rice vinegar
2 T Mirin
1 T Shoyu (soy sauce)
2 T lemon juice
1 T pan roasted sesame seeds

Combine all ingredients and let stand over night or for a few hours out of refrigerator. Stir often.
