1 16 oz. package pork sausage
1 bunch green onions, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 26 oz. package frozen hash browns, thawed
4 large eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 5 ingredients in skillet for 6 minutes until sausage is browned. Drain. Cook sausage mixture and hash browns over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Whisk together eggs, milk and 1 c. cheese. Pour over sausage mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1 c. cheese. Bake at 450º for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.
