1 loaf of French bread cut into cubes
8 eggs
4 tsp. sugar
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. salt

Topping:
2 T. oleo, cubed
3 T. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread cubes in greased 9x13 baking dish. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 mins. before baking. Dot with butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over top. Cover and bake at 350° for 65-70 mins. Serve with syrup.

A great go-with to Egg Bake. This is a FAVE at the Pohl Household. Our kidlets love when they find out this is for dinner. I make 2 so there's plenty for breakfast and leftovers the next day!!

Tip: French bread is in bakery section at grocery store. I buy and dice up when I get home and toss in freezer until I want to make. Works GREAT!!
