3 to 4 ripe bananas, mashed
½ tsp. baking soda
1 ¼ C. sugar
½ tsp. baking powder
½ C. butter
2 C. flour
2 eggs
½ tsp. vanilla
¼ C. milk with ½ tsp. vinegar added

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and beat until fluffy. Add milk with vinegar, baking soda, baking powder, flour, and vanilla. Mix well. Mix in mashed bananas. Grease 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake in 350o preheated oven 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. (May need to place foil over top at end, but usually its ok) Makes 1 loaf. May add nuts if desired.
