4 medium red potatoes, skins on; sliced 1/4" thick
4 strips bacon, fried and diced; (save 2 tbsp.
bacon grease)
1/3 cup onions, chopped
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
dash pepper
1/2 cup water
3 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. white vinegar

Directions:
In saucepan, cover potatoes with water, bring to boil, cook until tender. Rinse with cold water. When cool pour water off.

In bacon grease, saute onions; stir in flour, salt, celery seed and pepper until blended. Gradually add water, vinegar and sugar. Cook until thick. Pour over potatoes.
