Equal parts:
Goat Cheese
Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
8oz Cream Cheese
Finely Chopped Pecans or Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Put Cream Cheese into a bowl. Shred Goat and Sharp White Cheddar Cheeses, then put into the bowl with the Cream Cheese and bring to room temperature.
Mix thoroughly and refrigerate until just firm. Using a melon baller, form into small balls and roll gently with your hands. Put ball into a bowl of finely chopped nuts and roll until the outside of the balls are covered. Roll again with your hands to shape.

Serve with crackers or slices of small round breads.
