3 T. sugar
1 T. dry parsley
1 T. onion powder
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. cumin
1/2 T. paprika
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. black pepper

Mix ingredients. Rub on meat. Pan fry in butter until cooked through.
