5-6 lb. sirloin tip roast
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
1 can (10 oz.) beef broth
1 cup water
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Crusty rolls

Directions:
Directions:
In a roasting pan or slow cooker, combine roast with other ingredients.
Roast at 350º for 3 hours
Slow Cook on low for 8-10 hours

Sirloin tip is a lean, boneless, tender roast. When done cooking, cool and slice as thin as possible. To thicken juice, add a little flour and water; mix well. To make juice thinner, add beef broth.

Serve on rolls.
