1 c. peanut butter
1 c. Splenda
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together the peanut butter and Splenda, Then add the egg and the vanilla. Roll into balls, place on parchment paper on cookie sheet then flatten with fork dipped into Splenda.
Bake in 350º degree oven for 12 minutes.
