1/4 c. Jack Daniel's whiskey
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. minced green onion
1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash of Worchestershire sauce
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Blend well. Use to marinate shrimp or scallops for one hour or beef, pork or chicken in the refrigerator overnight. Use to baste the shellfish or meats as it is grilled or broiled.
