Ingredients:  
2 (6 oz.) cans Shrimp – rinsed & drained;
1 ½ cups chopped fresh tomatoes;
1 medium avocado-peeled, pitted & chopped;
1 small jalapeno pepper-minced, or to taste;
½ cup chopped red onion;
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro;
2 T lime juice;
1 T chopped fresh garlic;
½ tsp dried oregano leaves

Directions:

In large bowl combine all ingredients. Cover; chill one hour. If desired, drain before serving. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 5 cups.

It works great to chop these ingredients in a little electric chopper and goes much quicker.
