1/2 stick of margarine
4 tbsp flour
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
4 cups of milk
4 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 box of elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in saucepan on medium heat. In a cup, mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Add to melted margarine and stir. Add milk and cook mixture for a few minutes. Then add cheese, cook on low until the cheese is completely melted.
In a large pot, boil 4 quarts of water on high to boiling. Add macaroni and cook for 7 minutes. Drain macaroni and return to pot.
Pour cheese mixture into macaroni and combine. Place mixture in a greased baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours, until done to your liking.
