12 ounce package butterscotch chips
12 ounce package semisweet chocolate chips
12 ounce jar of peanut butter
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
1 cup butter or margarine
1/2 of a 4-serving size package (5 tablespoons) of regular vanilla pudding mix
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 pounds powdered sugar
2 1/2 cups coarsely chopped peanuts

Directions:

Combine chocolate and butterscotch chips, peanut butter and unsweetened chocolate. Stir over low heat until melted. Spread half of mixture in a jelly roll pan lined with wax paper; chill until set.
Let remaining mixture stand covered at room temperature.
Combine butter, pudding mix and milk. Cook and stir to melt butter; stir in vanilla. Turn into large mixing bowl and beat in sugar until smooth.
Spread over chilled layer of chocolate. Sprinkle nuts on top, press into white layer, spread remaining chocolate over all. Chill until firm.
